ABOUT US

308 Exclusive started with a simple idea, forming one volleyball team for the 2024–25 season. Within just a few weeks, that idea quickly grew into four teams. After a very successful first year, the momentum continued and our program expanded even more.

Today, 308 Exclusive is home to 75 athletes, 14 coaches, and 8 teams, bringing players together from across the Nebraska Panhandle and eastern Wyoming. What began as a small vision has grown into a competitive and supportive volleyball community.

We take pride in supporting multi-sport athletes and encourage our players to pursue all the activities they love. Our goal is to provide an environment outside of high school sports where athletes from different schools and communities can come together, compete at a high level, and grow both on and off the court.

While we love to compete and celebrate wins, 308 Exclusive is about much more than volleyball. It’s about building confidence, developing character, and creating friendships and relationships that will last a lifetime.

At 308 Exclusive, our mission is to foster a passion for sports while promoting personal growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We are dedicated to providing a positive and inclusive environment where athletes of all skill levels can develop their abilities, build lasting friendships, and compete at their best.

We strive to:

• Develop Skills: Offer high-quality coaching and training that enhance players' technical and tactical abilities.
• Encourage Teamwork: Promote collaboration and communication among players to create a supportive team culture.
